Genius vs. Prodigy: The Neurological Divide of Spiritual Sensitivity The Structural Difference: Why Most People Have "Weak" Sensitivity

Many people mistakenly believe that "Spiritual Sensitivity" (Reikan) is an exotic superpower. As emphasized throughout this blog, it is simply the ability to feel the "heart" or "mind" of all things—ghosts, high-dimensional beings, and living people alike. The reason so many people feel their sensitivity is "weak" lies in the modern imbalance between the left and right brain.

  • The Left Brain (The Prodigy): Responsible for logic, language, and adaptation to the physical world. It absorbs existing knowledge. Those who excel here are "prodigies" (Shusai)—high scorers in a standardized education system.

  • The Right Brain (The Genius): Responsible for intuition, imagery, and the "heart." It connects to the collective subconscious and the spiritual realm. Those who tap into this are "geniuses" (Tensai), receiving original insights directly from the spiritual world.

Because modern education heavily favors the left brain, many people have become disconnected from their right-brain functions, leading to a society where "weak" spiritual sensitivity is the norm.

The Digital Reflection: Identifying Sensitivity Online

The difference between strong and weak sensitivity is clearly visible in the way people express themselves on the internet.

  1. The "Weak" Echo: On news comment sections or social media, you will see a flood of identical opinions. These individuals are not speaking their own words; they are merely replicating what they have heard elsewhere. Their blogs often focus on mundane personal profiles—what they ate or family gossip—without providing broader value.

  2. The "Strong" Original: Those with high sensitivity produce original content with a distinct "voice." Because they are unconsciously connected to the hearts of others, their words are directed toward the needs of a third-party audience. They offer information that people are searching for, providing new value rather than just a personal diary.

Expectation vs. Surprise: The Future of Consciousness

Another key difference lies in the perception of "correctness." People with weak sensitivity seek Expectation—they find comfort in common sense and shared social values. They often reject spiritual topics because the left brain prefers "black and white" certainty over the "analog" ambiguity of the heart.

Conversely, those with strong sensitivity thrive on Surprise (Unexpectedness). They are open to intuitive messages that challenge the status quo. While society needs a balance of both to function, an over-reliance on "expectation" prevents growth and evolution.

The Coming Shift: AI and the Rebirth of the Heart

As AI begins to handle the logical, left-brain tasks of the "prodigy," the value of human existence will shift toward the heart—the realm of the right brain. We are moving toward a time where "feminine" spiritual education will hold more weight than traditional "masculine" logic.

Those who remain tethered to old values, dismissing the importance of the heart and spiritual sensitivity, may find themselves left behind. The era of the "original heart" is approaching, and the divide between those who can feel and those who cannot will only grow more distinct.
